Law and Branches

The study of law , the student 's degree in public safety and generally acting the same (legislators , lawyers , judges , the State , civil society ) should know the classes and areas of law which are susceptible. Every branch of knowledge is correlated to the law and this in turn is under study.


Natural and positive law

Natural law and positive law has been the subject of extensive discussion and reflection not only of lawyers and other scholars and philosophers and political scientists about its importance and what should be superior over the other .

In this sense only try to define what it is either , without entering into these debates. Ibarra (2002 ) notes that about :

1. The Theory of Natural Law. Includes a variety of positions developed over more than two thousand years, the denominator of which is the idea that there is before and above the positive law a set of rules or guiding principles, capable of giving its own content to the notions of right and unfair, valid for himself and grounded in human nature .
