Managerial ethics consists of all those who make up the company , their relations with each other and people with those who are not part of the organization. Thus, one can speak of learning organizations and creative organizations , since those who are learning and create humans
Ethics has had a major impact on management , since it is a key to talk about human capital or human talent in organizations acting factor . It relates to the truth and justice, with the expectations of society, the legal competence , advertising , public relations , empower consumers, the behavior of organizations both in the country and abroad and of course, the social responsibilities .

The principles and ethical standards have become key elements of both formal company policy , and the conduct of the informal structure of organizations , which is why the importance of managerial ethics. This is because social changes have occurred so quickly that many components that were previously taken into account as inappropriate today are considered as key elements of cultures , including the organizational culture .
Ethical values are different from the behavior regulated by law, born under a legislative procedure , noting the way people should behave to live in society. Ethical behavior , however , governs the organization. For example , an ethical issue is present in a situation when the actions of a person or organization may harm or benefit others.
In the domain of free choice , obedience is strictly for oneself . In THEDOMAIN of codified law , obedience is to prescribed laws and a legal system as the domain of ethics is obedience to rules and standards that are enforceable and about which they are aware the individual or company .
A considerable number of behaviors could not be encoded . Therefore, the leaders of the organization must have a high capacity for perception and sensitivity to the norms and values that currently taking place in the organizational world in order to solve the questions that regularly arise in the development of their activities and are often considered ethical dilemmas.
When we do not understand how or why others reach different conclusions to ours , it's easy to tag lower than individuals who hold beliefs as us wrong .
Assume that the perspective you have is correct and that the others are inferior , tends to impair the administrative efficiency especially in culturally diverse contexts. Therefore, it is relevant given the opportunity to examine different basic approaches , from which managerial ethics is reviewed
Managerial ethics is reviewed from four basic approaches:
utilitarian approach
Focus of moral rights
universal approach
Justice Approach
These approaches are reviewed in no particular order of importance , because its value depends on each person gives .
