Current law

The Current Law is one that is considered mandatory in a time and place, which means you are limited to a time and enrolled in a particular spatial area (territory) .



Objective and subjective

Aim to understand right set of rules or regulations created bodies , ie as positive law , which is expressed in the constitutional provisions , laws, decrees , customs.

The second, the subjective right is but the result of the application to the right of the target individuals . They are the powers it confers.





The substantive law or substantive law governs substantive legal situations that relate to legal standards in general and have no procedural character . Instead procedural law governing the procedure .

So in all areas of law , there will be substantive and procedural legal rules such as:

Civil law , embodied in civil law (noun ) Litigation and codes of civil procedure (adjective ); Criminal Law , found in the penal codes (noun ) Criminal Law and Procedure , codes of criminal procedures (adjective ), among others
