Economic problems of the company

The economic environment for business is a decisive success factor for an organization , as its financial constraint forces them to allocate scarce resources more efficiently to have to survive , and remain so , ultimately generating profits ( Robert , 2009).

The economic problems facing businesses today are related to fixing
the set of goods and services to be produced , as well as their amounts ,
subsequently with the optimum use of available resources; Finally , the processes and the structure
distribution of goods and services produced. These three basic problems are related to the
limited resources and unlimited needs .
Under these conditions, three different levels are hidden shortages , which are presented
below.

economic level
It must respond to the question What and when to produce ? This situation in which all
governments face must decide between all the needs of its citizens, will be covered
range and which production must be performed.

technical level
How to produce ? Every government must decide how to organize its resources to satisfy
needs of its population . It is important to seek greater resource efficiency and find the best
combinations at the lowest price .

social level
For whom to produce ? It is well known that the expectations and needs of human beings are coarse
and limitless , production should be based on meeting basic needs such as food and clothing
predominantly and then make combinations of resources for the satisfaction of
specific needs
