The characteristics of the directors or managers as ethical individuals , are summarized in the following:
They are individuals who possess integrity , which is reflected in their behavior and decisions .
Normally all the people who interact with them inside or outside the organization , have them confidence because they know their decisions in the organization will be based according to the rules of justice and equity , dealing well with people and be straight in their behavior with customers.
Managers or administrators should be aware of the conduct of its subordinates , as liable for illegal , unacceptable and unethical acts thereof . However, this does not mean it should be in an attitude of inquiry and continuous surveillance, but should foster moral development and ethical behavior in the organization.
Teamwork , task allocation , performance evaluation and continuous improvement involving direct personal with each of the subordinates and contact with their daily work , making it impossible for ethical behavior reiterated manager or administrator pass unnoticed by the offender.
