Four foundations about Customer
Customer should look like to anyone having a need or desire can satisfy
acquiring the service offered by the action of the exchange.
The company that offers the services must be available to meet the full 100% need
and expectations that were generated on the client to interact with the marketing strategy launched
by the company. This should be a well designed by the marketer plan, as the vast amount of
competitors are probably working on the same. If the marketer manages to catch the attention of
consumer, and acquires the product meeting your needs and expectations will be conquering or
captivate a potential customer and certainly earning their loyalty to the service or the proposed mark.

A very important aspect to consider is that, according to the way you see things, the
marketer may consider their plans, products or strategies do not absolutely need anything
and yet, for some reason the expected results are not met, the targets are not met
product launch, not hits the market as expected and, logically, earnings or
even approach the estimated projection.
The key is that the latter view is considered request (the client) will probably be the one
you can enlarge the picture and provide a wide range of alternatives that were not considered; and is
possible that if taken into account can be improved.

To trust the reasoning of customers and implement a corrective plan of strategy
marketing, it is necessary to know and understand who the customer is.
These days, there are so broad and complex markets, with an infinite variety of desires, tastes
and needs is virtually impossible for a single company satisfies demand
individuals within existing markets. Therefore, the customer factor is of vital importance, in this
depends the survival of firms in the market and the success of their products.
You need to be clear who the customers are, what is the target market (revised topic in Unit 2)
how our market segment and which segment to direct the efforts of the company to achieve good
product position in the market and stay in good levels within it.

There is a saying: "The much covers all trades", this should be taken into account that those responsible for
launch plans and marketing strategies to the market.
If it is to serve the entire market with a product, knowing that it is not able to reach those
levels, sooner or later something will fail and the company could become a vulnerable company and
as easy prey for competitors, with little strength they will gain the customers' preference
