Human Rights are relevant in the professional field , as they are in any other area , are rights that are attached to every man anywhere, more specifically in this case labor rights under the morally are ; respect , fairness , justice in the professional field are key concepts that help create healthy work spaces where man is conscious and eager to job growth in turn full development as a moral individual.
Human rights from the legal point of view , is responsible for demanding working conditions under the law and the rights to receive payment for their work, not to work more than the proposed law, social security rights , decent housing, paid vacations etc. . Some examples of the rights of men in the profession.
