Organizational culture plays a very important role for managers in making decisions
. Sometimes they are accused to cheat, steal or defraud, blaming them for not having ethical integrity, which,
sometimes it may be true. However, in most cases the organization itself plays
a leading role. The practice of ethical or unethical business reflects the attitudes and values of their own
organization (Velasquez, 2006).
