This is seriously considering the medium- or long-term detriment of the organization, if you leave aside ethics for efficiency.
Anyone who wants to practice as a leader must be able to quickly grasp the peculiarities of the various situations they find and select the style for each control more convenient . This is treating people differently to different and varying circumstances , be able to drive to the members of an organization with few roads respectful relate to them , including employees , consumers and other members of civil society and expressing with clearly the desired ethical values and help others embody and reflect these values.
In organizations , it is important that leaders exercise their function being ethical , as they have to appeal to the goodwill of employees , in order that they put their talents to serve the objectives of the organization. It's easier if employees do his mission and values of the company , therefore, must be treated with respect.
