What good is what I learned in this unit?
In this unit we learned the functional areas of the company , we understood , but its function and its importance in the organization.
Understand the general operation of a company and identify the importance of each of the areas of a company FUNCTIONAL .
Allows you to:
Ask a new structure for the organization that articulates with other areas and areas of the business system and meets the demands of today's market.
Develop methodology for the development of skills , knowledge and interaction skills associated with effective teamwork.
Develop the ability to manage , analyze and evaluate information from the areas of the company.
Where I can apply what they learn in this unit?
It can be applied in the functional areas of any company or organization.
Area Finance and Accounting
It is the area that deals with the optimal control, management of economic and financial company resources , this includes obtaining financial resources both internal and external , necessary to achieve the objectives and business goals while ensuring that external resources required by the company to be acquired at favorable terms and interest
Area Marketing
It is the area that is responsible for channeling goods and services from the product to the consumer or end user. Among the marketing functions we can mention : market research , marketing budget , determining packaging , packaging, labeling and marking , distribution and sale of products , the pricing of the items advertising and promotion.
Production Area .
This area is responsible for transforming raw materials into finished products and services, using human , financial and material resources ( tools and equipment ) required for processing. The main functions of the area, production, maintenance and repair of machinery or equipment , storage of raw materials, work in process , and finished product quality control .
Human Resources
This area is responsible for the efficient and effective management of human resources of the company. Among the main features of this area , there may be mentioned : Recruitment and selection of personnel capable , responsible and appropriate to the positions of the company , motivation , training and evaluation of staff , the establishment of a friendly environment for developing activities .
What most significant contents were me ? .
The full description of the functional areas and their modes of operation and the method with the use of the administrative process for each area of the company , that seems like a great use in any entity , also realized the importance of the Human Resources department .
