Groups and teams

What kind of groups and teams currently participate? An example of a group is actually in my school advisory group where you are the leader. A team is say 10 of my colleagues working on an activity of "wiki" type where all bring knowledge and work is more comprehensive in terms of quality due to the interaction of the participants. An example of team is : my job is a team of advertising, in this we met several employees in order to determine the plan to take ( ideas) and goals (ends) , who we are , ? where we come in ? and as expected ( means and strategies ) to get there. What is your role and objectives of the group? My role is to imagine and create strategies to attract more patients , increase the flow of people to our business, so that these people in the future consume our products or services , my task is to devise , either image or creating a "slogan" help us create a personality according to what the clients want , that's my role , once customers arrive , another team , the work of converting potential customers to take continuous consumers .
